External Semester intern

re:edu is a young start-up (spin-off of the Institute for Geoinformatics at the University of Münster) that offers solutions for education, research, sustainability and participation - digital and open - for all people. We develop web-based geogrpahic information sytems (GIS), learning management systems (LMS), environmental data analysis tools, scientific data infrastructures, mobile apps for learning and citizen science.

We are looking for full-time interns (~5-x months) for diverse tasks.

Your tasks include:

• Independent implementation of one or more projects depending on interest or previous knowledge with reference to geoinformatics along the offers of re:edu (software development, hardware development, events, teaching and learning materials).
• Collaboration in our research and development projects

What you bring:

• Interest in topics relevant to re:edu (tip: have a look at the portfolio)
• Experience with or interest in open source technologies
• Experience with web technologies or physical computing
• A lot of fun
• Motivation and ability to work independently
